Birding Help


Anyone out there know what this is? He appeared on our lawn this afternoon, stalked around a bit, scared off the little birds, and then flew away.

    that would be a hawk, i am betting a red tailed hawk since those are the dominant birds of prey in the area, but I cant see it that clearly. anyway http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-tailed_Hawk
